How to Report Maintenance With Tapi

We have created a step-by-step tutorial video on how to lodge maintenance requests through our online software Tapi.

Please watch the video tutorial above or here as a reminder on how to use Tapi to report maintenance issues at your rental property.

We kindly ask that you provide as much detail as possible when describing your issue and include specific photos and/or videos so that your property manager can accurately identify the problem and its severity.

If you have reported an urgent issue, please call our office on 03 466 7783 to notify us about the maintenance issue after you have lodged it online.

For non-urgent maintenance issues, please call the office if you have not had confirmation or acknowledgement about your maintenance issue within 3 business days of lodging it.
