We require all tenants to complete a Notice to Vacate Declaration. Please see below.
When it comes time to vacate your property, you will be emailed vacating documents which outlines your obligations.
This includes your rent payments owing to the end of lease and also the cleaning requirements you need to follow to ensure that the property is presented back to Click in the same condition that it was given to you at the start of the lease. By ensuring this is followed you will eliminate any confusion or delay regarding your bond refund. Your Property Manager be may arrange a pre-exit inspection to help the vacating process, upon request.
On the last day of your tenancy, please deliver your keys to our office no later than 4pm and ensure you have completed your final paperwork.
We recommend signing your bond refund form at the same time as this will help speed up your bond refund once your Property Manager has completed your final inspection.
Note: The notice period to end your lease depends on whether you are in a "fixed term" or "periodic" lease. This is confirmed on your tenancy agreement, or if you are unsure, your property manager can clarify this for you.
